Where God Changes Me
Where God Changes Me in Scripture
Read it. Post it. Memorize it. Practice it. Those are the thoughts you receive from reading Deuteronomy 6:6-9. What part of your life does scripture touch most? What passage proves most significant and meaningful in your life? How do those words, any f the words of God, help, convict, or make a difference?
Scripture usually makes the greatest impact upon what is happening in our life now. We may need to know promises from God are sure and unchanging. We might need comfort during fear. When God’s word cuts my heart with whatever hits me in life, the Spirit’s words sanctify and shows where we are, and where we need to be. It does not avoid conflict. It does not hide from what is uncomfortable in this world. It will brush up against and contradict self-righteousness. It approaches one who does not understand. When the Spirit of Jehovah is placed within your heart through scripture, it puts in us the good life we should believe and live…
Next time you post or read a scripture, there is one objective in the mind of God. God is wanting us to do the right thing before Him. Be ready for the change…
