The Veterans Parkway church of Christ is a growing family of believers assembling regularly in the fastest growing city in Tennessee and the twelfth fastest growing city in the nation. We use the term “family” because each member at Veterans Parkway is a brother or sister in Christ—New Testament terms denoting a spiritual family relationship. Our togetherness and love for one another is evident in all that we do, both in and out of worship. We are by no means perfect people, but we strive to make progress and serve God to the best of our abilities. We are determined to make a difference in a world that needs a difference.

Our membership is diverse and we welcome people from all backgrounds. By shedding ourselves of physical differences (age, race, social-economic, etc.) and uniting ourselves in the purposes of God, we believe that we can be unified as one.

We have no allegiance to any religious body or hierarchy (other than Jesus Christ). We are not governed by any outside organization. Following the biblical example, we are responsible for our own worship and work while seeking Biblical instruction and examples for our practices. As a result, we worship in a simple way according to the New Testament pattern. Our purpose is not to entertain or please people, but to serve God with a commitment to His revealed truth.

It is our hope that you will come and worship with us. We believe you will find a church whose practices are consistent with the Biblical message and whose people are committed to welcoming others.
